I am writing because William and his crew were amazing during my mold remediation. They were on time every day, professional and very courteous. The carpet on the stairs was dirty from mold and foot traffic from inspections and was going to be cleaned during the process, but I was shocked when William took his shoes of at the bottom of the stairs before heading up. None of the other inspectors even thought to do this! William explained to me what he and his workers were going to do and how long it would take. I felt at ease knowing that Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration was going to get me back into a safe and clean home. The corporate office was great with communication, scheduling and getting things done in a timely manner. My family has been out of our home for about two and a half months. I switched to Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration from another company to do the remediation about 2 weeks ago and I will be in my home in a matter of days. I wish that I had chosen Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration from the beginning!

Hello,
I am writing this in regards to the work Global Enterprise did at my home. I have never had to deal with water damage issues before and when my upstairs neighbors hot water heater leaked my insurance company put me in contact with Global. Thank goodness! From the very beginning I received amazing service. CJ gave great costumer service over the phone. Ismael and Carlos continued this in person. They were polite and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I felt truly comfortable and confidant with everything they were doing. After they finished they even picked up my broom and dust pan and swept my floor! Thank you for making this part of a bad situation so positive.

Both or all did an amazing job. The crew was totally pros and kind and loving. They kept me informed and called me or texted me all the time with what was happening and when they would be here to work. They Hauled off all debris as County law required and just did a fantastic job. I was so treated like a King by Bonnie and the guys. So, thank you! The Crew, Josh, Hosea Jr. And Hosea Sr.  So was Jordan. He was very professional as well.  Jordan stopped his work to help get in the house after I broke my leg helping my neighbor. I Love them guys. Just the best. Please give Atta boys to them all!! To all and Bonnie for her hard too. After I talked with her how things were not working well here, she took the job at hand and fixed all.

I want to thank Dave Perlowitz, Frank Hernandez and Global Enterprise for the great job they did, from water mitigation and mold removal to reconstruction of our home. I am extremely thankful for how hard they worked to make it possible for us to enjoy Christmas in our home, considering hurricane Irma hit at the same time as our disaster. We were very overwhelmed by the water damage that uncovered unseen mold issues from an air conditioner leak a year ago.   Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration’s representative, William, was an excellent technician who was thorough, knowledgeable, neat and polite.  We have never had to file a homeowner claim for our condo unit.  Global Disaster Enterprise Restoration’s Manager, Dave, was also informative and responsive to our needs and multiple concerns.

I would highly recommend Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration to anyone in need of water damage restoration and would not hesitate to use them again.

I received services from Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration Company (Mr. Dave-General Manger and Mr. Manuel-Project Manager). From the first day since our house needed repairs, Mr. Manuel had been there to guide us through the whole process. I was very concerned with the degree of damage in the house and the amount of repairing that needed to be done. Mr. Manuel and his staff were very cooperative and worked hard to fix all the damages. Under the direction of Mr. Manuel, the whole crew worked very sincerely and around our schedules. They went above and beyond just replacing the damaged furniture, floor, and walls and made sure we got the best quality of service possible. I was very satisfied with all the work done and I appreciate all the hard work and effort put in by all the workers, especially Mr. Manuel.

Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration did a fantastic job for us. They can’t be beat for service! Immediately they showed up and started assessing the damage. The roof was covered with tarps, ceiling damages were removed, dehumidifiers and blowers put in each damaged room. William is an excellent employee. He’s a pleasant, professional people person. With all of our questions he took the time to explain the process while continuing to work. William is an asset to Global. Tiva came by to check everything. We found Tiva reassuring. The work that was performed by Global Enterprises, as well as the follow-up that occurred on our behalf was top notch! .
We were in a real jam when a sewer line backed up into our Boca home. Within hours we had contacted two firms to survey the damage and come up with a plan. It was no contest–Global Enterprises put together the best plan, and had a full crew on the ground at our home within hours.
The plan that was to be executed over the next 45+ days was complicated and could have gone wrong on many accounts . On top of simply the work that needed to be performed, it was even more imperative that great planning and execution take place since we do not live in SFla full time! But what transpired over the next month in a half to include daily follow-up emails, coupled with their great interactive web site that allowed us to track the progress on the restoration was fabulous.
Take it from me, no matter how large or small the project, you must have a professional and honest group to count on in time of disaster. I would personally recommend and use again Dave Perlowitz and John at Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration for any restoration work that may need to be done.

This communication is to express our appreciation for the cleanup work done by Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration Inc. related to the fire in a ninth floor unit of our condominium. Global’s immediate response and take-charge approach to the fire restoration was outstanding. Their methods and special equipment used to remediate the extensive smoke odor were most impressive. Within a week of the fire the smoke odor had dissipated and there was a fresh scent to the damaged floors. Global also worked closely with our insurance adjuster to evaluate the extent of the damage and to obtain the funds to complete the restoration properly.The Parliament Towers Condominium is very satisfied with the way Global handled this restoration from start to finish. As such we would have no problem referring them to anyone in need of restoration work similar to our situation.

I recently experienced an electrical fire in my home and I needed quick service to remove the smoke odor and smoke damage to my house. Not only were they in my home within an hour of my service call, but they were able to provide me with an accurate estimate of the restoration costs and immediately start the process of contacting my insurance company. This was especially invaluable to me because it saved me time and frustration and helped me focus on restoring my home.

I wanted to thank you and your great team for the excellent work in putting our optical store back together after our flood. The fact that my optical shop was only closed for a few days after a major flood really is a credit to you and everyone at Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration. Immediately after the flood your competitor estimated we would be closed “1 to 2 weeks”. This speed of recovery was nothing short of astonishing (and the money savings was also). Not only was the speed of work outstanding, but the quality of the work was absolutely fantastic. You had so many people working on so many different things all at one time. Your people are very talented in far more than just “cleanup”. Although I hope I never have to use your services again, you will be my first call if ever needed.

I am writing this letter as a recommendation for David Perlowitz. Dave was such a big help to us. He was so efficient and thorough in his work. He called when he said he was going to and came to our home immediately. His professionalism and guidance was outstanding.
He helped us get reimbursed for a bathroom that had a leak. The entire bathroom had to be redone and we received a check from our insurance company within a few weeks after submitting the claim. Our insurance company paid us according to his estimate of the damage. I did not believe that we were going to get anything and we received almost the full amount.
I would advise that if you need help filing a claim that you should use Dave Perlowitz. He really knows his business and was a tremendous help. I want to let all of you guys know how thankful I am for the great job you did restoring my father’s house. As you know, my father had just pasted away 1 month before the fire that left my 82 year old step-mother homeless from a place she shared with my father for over 35 years. When I decided to hire Global, I was assured the job would get done right despite the big legalization issues that existed in addition to the fire and that it would be done as quickly as possible, and it was. Since my experience with your company has been so wonderful, I would like to take this time to Thank You and your staff for the great work performed in my home. Upon calling your company when a flood occurred in my kitchen, Tivadar and his workers arrived within minutes to cleanup the water and bring blowers in to dry-up the walls and floor. Arriving within minutes of a call is a rarity here in Florida. I compliment your company on this. A flood had occurred in my kitchen due to a water valve bursting in the neighboring condo, was neglect on the part of neighbor since no one has lived there for 4 years. New cabinets, drywall and flooring had to be installed and was completed within one week of old cabinets, etc. being torn out by your workers. Removal of mold was also done and completed. Your company is very efficient and completed my restoration within one week. My home is now restored back to normal and I am so happy with the workmanship you have completed here. I contacted Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration to help clean and restore a repossessed home my husband and I recently purchased in Coral Springs. The home had been badly neglected and wreaked of cigarette smoke. The Owner of the Company, Tivadar Bodorlo, was very responsive and conscientious about ensuring the job was completed within the scope of the contract. He is one of the most customer service oriented business persons I have met; exemplified by the fact he continually reminded us final payment was due when the job was completed to the customer’s satisfaction, not just when the job was done. His entire focus is on the customer being happy with the results of his employees work. The Kidney Group was very fortunate to encounter Global Enterprises for the restoration of my medical office condo in Fort Lauderdale after it was nearly demolished by a flood. After a disappointing start with another restoration team, the men from Global swiftly came in and dried out our business and, once that was accomplished, brought in a team of expert craftsmen, who carefully rebuilt the interior. We were up and running in three weeks time!Other estimates were not only more expensive but had us potentially out of business for three months. Their work was excellent, and I can honestly say our office looks better than it did prior to the flood.
